Letting4Success was established in 2005 with a simple aim - to provide quality lettings training to those looking to enter the field of residential lettings and property management.

Through our own research, we had attended training courses from other providers and found that, whilst technically okay, they often lacked emphasis on really 'getting the business' and doing it with maximum productivity. So we set about providing a quality solution to the problem facing those setting up or expanding into lettings.

Today, our company focuses on training through two dedicated channels: Letting4Success for new letting agency start-ups and Property Agency Training for both new and established sales / letting agencies.

As we have previously set up and developed our own successful letting agency, we can talk from experience about how to make YOUR business work for you.

Moreover, by training and providing workshops and consultancy to agents across the UK, we keep all our training highly relevant, powerful and up-to-date.

Our training team contains a valuable blend of skills and experience from the property industry and the broader business field, from both the independent and corporate spheres.

This is our training channel delivering professional training to existing sales and letting agents.

For both single-office and larger agencies, we provide training courses, products and consultancy under the Property Agency Training brand.
