Letting4Success was started in 2005 with a simple aim - to provide quality lettings training to those looking to enter the field of residential lettings and property management.

When we had first opened our own letting agency previously, we had searched long and hard for a training resource or course that would give us not only the knowledge of how to set up and run a letting agency but also all of the procedures and 'paperwork'.

Through our own research and employment, we also had attended a fair number of training courses from other providers and found that, whilst technically very good, they often lacked the emphasis on 'getting the business'. So we set about providing a quality solution to this problem facing those looking to set up for the first time or wishing to diversify into lettings.

We now train people throughout the UK via our distance learning Letting4Success Business Package as well as through our additional intensive one-day courses for those looking to 'fast track' their training. In addition, we provide a range of related services such as property agency website solutions and individual agency consultancy through our Property Agency Training training channel.

As we both set up and now run our own successful independent property agency based in Salisbury, Wiltshire we are well-placed to provide relevant and up-to-date property agency training. Our training family also contains a valuable blend of skills and experience from the property industry and the broader business field, both from the independent and corporate spheres. This combination of industry knowledge and business experience is what gives our training a strong 'commercial edge'.
