Letting4Success Business Package Updated For 2012

Friday 13th January 2012 saw the official launch of the updated Letting4Success Business Package (Business Manual and CD-ROM) and the expansion of the Business Manual to a massive 310 pages of high-quality lettings start-up training.

Rory James MacLaren-Jackson explained the update in relation to the company's Letting4Success and Property Agency Training channels and why they chose such a 'spooky' date for the update launch. "Firstly, we chose 'Friday the 13th' because traditionally it is seen as an 'unlucky' date; but one thing that training start-ups since 2005 has taught us is that luck has very little to do with success. By working smart, working hard and setting off with the right blueprint, it is amazing how 'lucky' many people become!

"So, as we are constantly updating our training materials and classroom course content, we took this opportunity to add extensive new material to the core Letting4Success Business Package, with the Business Manual now running to 310 pages, from a previous count of 260. "The updates are across key several areas of lettings industry knowledge and best practice, including new tools to aid learning whilst studying with and using the Manual."

Fabio Del Piero, who oversaw the update strategy, further commented:

"With the successful sale of our own agency at the end of last year, we have been able to put extra focus on our training and this update is a clear reflection of this. Furthermore, from our training of agencies across the UK through our Property Agency Training channel, we have been been able to see our best practice and commercial awareness guidance in action even more, feeding this back into the training materials themselves."

He also added a note on the importance of making a well-informed choice when choosing training course and training material providers.

"It is a sad aspect of the Internet age that we too often see poor-quality versions or imitations of our work, sometimes as crude as photocopied materials appearing on auction websites, other times more subtle. It is a little disheartening when a great deal of time, effort and research goes into a project like expanding our Business Manual to 310 pages only to see other products appear to do the same without this level of investment and professional commitment.

"We have therefore announced the launch of our expanded 310-page Business Manual on 13th January 2012 to help people differentiate between companies that are leading the development of best practice in this industry, and those who are following or worse still copying.
