Profitable Lettings Opportunities During Wimbledon

Those lucky enough to own property surrounding the All England Club this Wimbledon season are set to make themselves a tidy profit renting to the visiting players.

Furthermore, Sky News has reported that some locals are gaining up to £12, 000 a week by opening their house to visitors.

The competition runs between June 20th through til July 3rd, allowing local landlords plenty of time and opportunity to make a good profit.

Margaret Heenan, the managing director of Wimbledon Lettings, stated that "It's the only grand slam where we have players in private housing. It's really popular and the only chance they have to live like a normal person."
