Where you wish to alter or amend a course booking date, notice must be given to Letting4Success Limited in writing no less than 14 days prior to the course date commencement. Letting4Success Limited will endeavour to move your booking to the next available or suitable course date at no additional charge. However, where a course booking is cancelled completely, all such cancellations will be subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee per delegate deducted from the amount paid when booking the course.

The contents of the training courses are for information and reference purposes only. Letting4Success Limited can accept no liability for any losses or damages which might occur from acting upon this information. The free basic directory listing is provided on the basis that a reciprocal link or our banner is added to the advertiser’s own website with 28 days of their link being published on www.4everythingproperty.com and www.the-letting-directory.co.uk. Where no reciprocal link can be identified or where it is no longer in the best interests of the advertiser or Letting 4 Success, we reserve the right to remove the advertiser’s free listing.

The provision of free basic listings in the directory is entirely at the discretion of Letting4Success Limited and may be withdrawn at any time, without notice.

Where advertising is paid for on a monthly basis the client agrees to give Letting4Success Limited 30 days' notice in writing of any cancellation of their listing. Where advertising is purchased on an annual basis, the subscription period of 12 months will begin from the date of the advert going live on our website and no refund will be given should the advertiser wish to cancel at any point.

Letting4Success Limited reserves the right to remove any listing or advert, at any point, where it is in the best interest of either Letting4Success Limited or the advertiser. In this instance, any monthly payments will cease and any refund of annual fees paid will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the advertising period remaining.

Letting4Success Limited may act as a marketing intermediary for products or services not consisting of direct sales of its products through its own websites. Although Letting4Success Limited does its utmost to advertise associates who provide the best possible products or services for the relevant industry in question, Letting4Success Limited cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any defects or poor service in the products or services provided. The purchase of any such products provided on Letting4Success Limited websites implies a binding contract directly between you (the website user client) and the respective associate / supplier.
