Letting 4 Success Business Package

In placing an order for a copy of the Letting 4 Success business package the buyer understands that it is for their personal use only and agrees not to share the information contained within with any third party.

This is not a franchise and the buyer understands that they are purchasing the information and documentation contained within the business package for the purposes of reference and self-employment in the field of lettings and property management.

Letting 4 Success can accept no liability for any losses or damages which might occur from acting upon this information. Competent professional advice should be sought before reaching a final decision to invest in any business opportunity. All projections of potential earnings are for guidance only and responsibility for success lies solely with the individual.

The buyer understands that legal action will be taken against any person(s) who infringes the copyright to the Letting 4 Success business package by distributing the information contained within, or part thereof, either through reselling or distributing the information through any method, electronic or otherwise.

Letting 4 Success Training Courses

All Letting 4 Success courses are provided on the basis that the attendee agrees not to reproduce or broadcast any of the course content or material, or part thereof, through any means electronic or otherwise.

We regret that all cancellations for training workshop courses must be made in writing no less than TWO WEEKS prior to the course date to qualify for a refund. However, please note that ALL cancellations will be subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee deducted from the amount paid when booking the course.

The contents of the training courses are for information and reference purposes only. Letting 4 Success can accept no liability for any losses or damages which might occur from acting upon this information. The Letting Directory

The free basic directory listing is provided on the basis that a reciprocal link or our banner is added to the advertiser’s own web with 28 days of their link being published on www.the-letting-directory.co.uk. Where no reciprocal link can be identified or where it is no longer in the best interests of the advertiser or Letting 4 Success, we reserve the right the right to remove the advertiser’s free listing.

The provision of free basic listings in The Letting Directory is entirely at the discretion of Letting 4 Success and may be withdrawn at any time, without notice.

Where advertising is paid for on a monthly basis the client agree to give Letting 4 Success 30 days notice in writing of any cancellation of their listing. Where advertising is purchased on an annual basis, the subscription period of 12 months will begin from the date of the advert going live on our website and no refund will be given should the advertiser wish to cancel at any point.

Letting 4 Success reserves the right to remove any listing or advert, at any point, where it is the best interest of either Letting 4 Success or the advertiser. In this instance, any monthly payments will cease and any refund of annual fees paid will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the advertising period remaining.

Letting 4 Success acts as a marketing intermediary only, with the exception of direct sales of our training products through the web site. Although we do our utmost to advertise associates who provide the best possible products for the industry, we cannot be held responsible for any defects or poor service found. Use of any of the products provided on our web sites implies a binding contract directly between you (the web site user client) and the respective associate / supplier.

Letting 4 Success makes every reasonable effort to ensure that our website facilities are available to internet visitors and customers at all times. However, we do not offer any guaranteed percentage time of availability and accept no financial liability for any interruption in service or temporary loss of some or all website facilities at any time.

On occasion, necessary maintenance or upgrade work requires the site to be taken 'off-line' without notice, but we endeavour to keep downtime to a minimum and in most cases of scheduled maintenance, this normally involves no more than a few minutes.
